ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNING POLICY

1. If you change your mind before the order is shipped (usually we wait for 24-48 hours after you place the order), pls contact us through cs@tfsafari.com within 24 hours to cancel the order so that the shipment would be suspended. Principally all the orders can be cancelled before the shipment with full refund. 

2. If you change your mind after the order is actually shipped, pls contact us within 12 hours after you receive the shipping notification, we shall see if the parcel can be recalled. If it can be recalled we can still give you full refund. If the parcel can't be recalled pls see clause 3 of this page. 

3. If you change your mind after receiving the product, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery with your name, order number, and reason for return. Return requests are reviewed case by case. Items must be unused, unopened, complete, and in MISB / resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee, and the original shipping cost, payment processing fees, and a reasonable handling / restocking fee may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

4. For high-value collectible products, opened products, used products, products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories, transformation marks, paint scratches, or any condition affecting resale value, we may refuse the return or deduct the loss in value from the refund. This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrectly shipped.
