IF YOU ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR FIGURE
Hi buddy,
If you have problem with your current figures. pls send us photos (to tfsafari2002@gmail.com)indicating the problem following below instructions:
1. Photo of the whole figure indicating the position of the problem;
2. Photo of the broken part (better mark the broken part out with red circles / other markings);
3. Pls send us your order number in our store and we shall see what we can do;
4. For Non out-of-box defect we may charge as per the request from the original mfr of the figure;
5. A spare part case would be created (as an free order in our store) after the broken parts / positions are confirmed.
IF A SPARE PART CASE IS CREATED
1.Pls follow up with us every 2-3 weeks for the progress if we haven't come back to you (by sending email to tfsafari2002@gmail.com);
2. Pls be patient as in some cases spare parts may take up to 60 days to be sent;
3. If no spare parts can be offered for out-of-box defect according to the manufacturer, we would offer the customer store points as compensation (based on negotiation with the customer);
4. We can't offer any post-sales service for products from official-line (Hasbor, Takara Tomy and etc.), and no compensation can be offered by us, pls understand.
