IF A SPARE PART CASE IS CREATED
1.Pls follow up with us every 2-3 weeks for the progress if we haven't come back to you (by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org);
2. Pls be patient as in some cases spare parts may take up to 60 days to be sent;
3. If no spare parts can be offered for out-of-box defect according to the manufacturer, we would offer the customer store points as compensation (based on negotiation with the customer);
4. We can't offer any post-sales service for products from official-line (Hasbor, Takara Tomy and etc.), and no compensation can be offered by us, pls understand.
