FREE SHIPMENT POLICY

1. We offer FREE SHIPMENT to more than 30 countries listed as below. If your country is not listed in it, pls contact us at tfsafari2002@gmail.com or sheila@tfsafari.com and we shall see if we can ship to your area (To some area, a certain amount of freight might be charged.)

2. If you purchase more than 4 items but was charged for extra postage fee automatically. Pls contact us by email for a coupon, or simply devide the order into 2 or 3 to stay free. We would still try to ship all the toys together (within the restriction on weight of the shipping company of course. )

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

1. Principally we only ship to buyer's REGISTERED Paypal address. If you want to ship to another address which is different from your registered paypal address, we would refund you and inform you to revise the registered Paypal address first. 

2. Buyer is responsible for providing correct and deliverable address in their Paypal account. If the address is undeliverable, item would be returned to us and buyer should be responsible for the return postage fee. 

  

DELIVERY TIME: 

1. It usually takes us about 1- 4 business days (after payment is received) to pack and transfer your toy to the international shipping center. All item will be shipped via the latest and greatest international shipping service including China Post / EMS / DHL /ePacket / 4PX and etc.

2. Shipping time varies based on your country. Estimated delivery time will show at your checkout (Based on carrier's explaination only, usually they won't give guarantee on the exact delivery time. )

Most Asian Countries, US, UK, France, Germany, Australia: 4-15 business days. 

Other European Countries: 8-24 business days

3. We shall appologize but currently we don't ship to most countries in South America (except for Brazil ), Africa, some EU countries as well as some Asian Countries due to high risk in custom detaining and package loss. We are still figuring out a solution to these countries. If you are based in these countries and if you do want to buy sth. from us. pls contact us by email first. CUSTOM DUTY ISSUE

We would declare a value of USD20 for most of the items (if it is not too big and heavy) to avoid custom duty issue. So for most cases nothing is to be worried about.  However, in some countries (Germany, Sweden, etc.) , we feel sorry and helpless but duty may still occur, and buyer should be responsible for it. TFSAFARI would offer a coupon as a consolidation.

All of our shipment is trackable on www.17track.net tracking No. as well as the website of the shipping company would be sent to your by email within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. 

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why there's no updated information for my parcel for more than 7 days since it is said to be on board.

A: It is usual for international economic logistics, for most of the parcels, only when it arrives in the destination country there would be an update on its tracking information online. So pls be patient in getting an update. Upon our experience, 80% of our regular parcels (except for the heavy ones) would be delivered to our customer within 2-3 weeks, no matter how the updated information come out. 

 

Q: Will my package get lost?

A: According to our experience, the possibility of losing the package (especially toy figures packed in a relatively big box) is below 0.3%, which means only 3 packages out of 1000 might get lost during the transit. So usually only delay (due to custom detaining, delay in transit and etc.) may happen but your package is safe and would finally be delivered even it is delayed for a very long time. 

 

DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGE

1. PLS DO NOT OPEN A PAYPAL CASE. If you find any damage or part loss after receiving the product. Contact us through email or facebook, we would check and solve it asap. (Refund, coupon, replacement part, we can discuss). 

2. If you don't receive the product after 30 days, pls let us know and we would try to help (Total refund, Replacement shipment and etc.), we would also offer to you an extra coupon as a compensation.
