"CAN'T ADD TO SHOPPING CART ISSUE" SOLUTION
The problem sometimes happens when you use cellphone to visit our store. Pls follow the below steps to see if the problems can be solved:
- Pls wait at the page where you are till the upper yellow banner pops up (which means the page is fully loaded);
- If you are using a cellphone, pls switch back to the home page and click an "add to cart" button of a product at the home page, in order to see if the shopping cart is reactivated;
- Pls change to another network environment or another device and see if the problem can be solved.

TAX & VAT POLICY OF EUROPEAN UNION SOLUTIONS
Due to recent change of tax policy in EU, we need to collect VAT and duty in advance as below (For EU customers):
USD3 for small parcels (small figures, upgrade kits).
USD6 or more for big parcels (big figures like combiners)
The tax has already been included in the shipping cost at the checkout page. Anyway, if your parcel is detained by the EU custom and charged for an extra tax, we can not be responsible for it, you need to repay the tax to the custom and we would return the extra tax fee you paid.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTICE
1.Tracking No. of the parcels Tracking No. would be sent in our "Shipment Notification Mail" once the order is fulfilled. If you haven't received the shipment notification mail, pls contact us for the tracking number.
2.Stock Status of the Products Pls pay attention to the product title marked with "Pre-Order","Incoming" and "Make-to-order", For pre-order products the rough release date would be listed in the specific product page. For Make-to-order products sometimes the lead time might be long according to the efficiency of the studios, pls also be patient.
3.Order Confirmation Email Pls be noted that once an order is successfully generated you will receive an order confirmation by Email. If you haven't receive this mail the order might not be generated in our system and we can't see it. Pls kindly contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to solve the problem.
4.Stucked Parcels Usually we can't offer you any update from our side once the parcel is stucked. Pls kindly wait with patience. Usually if the parcel is not lost, parcel through free shipment route would be delivered within 90 days and that through fast shipment route would be delivered within 45 days. Pls kindly contact us through email@example.com once you haven't receive this parcel after the time span mentioned above for different route. TFSAFARI would be responsible for all lost parcels.
