Guys too many flights all over the world have been cancelled, upon our past experience, if we hold the shipment for a while till some flights are resumed to avoid jamming, the delivery might be evern faster than we ship now. Shipment status update till May 23rd.
1. Free Shipment route would still be on held. Currently the shipping cost is still high. We can't resume free shipment route now. We would clear some pending orders which are placed quite long time ago when it's time by spending a little bit more cost, but for some parcels with low profit or those who are extremely big and heavy (like Zeta or Jinbao combiners), still we dont have solution.
2. Fast Shipment route is going on smoothly. Now to most of the countries we have fast shipment route option available at the checkout page at a reasonable price. (Shipping cost to US used to be very high in early May, but now it has dropped a little and we have adjusted the freight rate accordingly).
3. Shipment to Canada is still a problem To our customers in Canada the shipment is still a problem, it is slow ( takes more than 25 days) and very expensive. That's why we didnt activate the fast shipment route in Canada yet. For upgrade kits if you buy more than 3 kits we may be able to send it to you now but pls prepare for a big delay. For other toy figures, pls contact us if you want to ship now for the extra cost, however the speed can't be guaranteed.
About the delay of the current still-in-transit parcels
We are having a hard time in our delivery. If you are writing for your still-in-transit parcel pls read carefully our explaination as below：
1.For parcels sent in March, pls wait patiently till June for a full 3 months. If after 3 months still you havent receive the parcel, pls contact us to see what to do.
2.Our parcel lost rate is below 1/2000，so for most of the parcels they are just delayed and finally you will receive it. Only when the parcel has reached the destination country there would be update in the tracking system and before then we can only tell you to be patient and wait.
3. Usually you would receive the parcel finally even after a very long time, even after 3 months. if that is the case pls kindly make the payment back to us and we would appreciate that.
4. TFSAFARI would offer special coupon to those customers who's experienced long delays in receiving their parcels. Pls contact us at email@example.com to get the coupon.
