I am blown away by this figure. I don't want to throw the word "perfect" around, but I'm really struggling to find something I dislike about it.
Right out of the box, it feels amazing in hand; the heft is on point for the size, and it's also distributed throughout the entire mass extremely well. The joint tightness is also PERFECT, holding tight without squeaks or worrying tension. I'd read other reviews lamenting loose feet or inconsistent tolerances, but my copy has none. I actually can't remember the last time, if ever, a transforming figure has held together so well in robot mode. The panels and kibble all slot in so nicely that it honestly feels more like an action figure than a transformer. He is sturdy in the best way possible.
And this is to say nothing of the aesthetics - you can see that the sculpt is gorgeous from the photos, but it's even better in person. High-quality paint and faithful military details set the bar high, and the Megatron head and "fusion cannon" are the perfect G1 homage to truly bring this figure to life as a genuine character. To me, this is the definitive Megatron - instantly recognizable in the visual lineage of Megs, but with a unique aesthetic thanks to its realistic WWII stylings. Amazing. And he has all the articulation you could want, with my only tiny gripe being that the rear of the arm cannon is slightly blocked by a panel on the upper arm.
Please do yourself a favor and pick this figure up. Whether you want an amazing Megatron figure, or just a great tankformer, Titan here is tough to beat. He has immediately become a favorite of mine!

Great looking piece but it does have a few flaws: The extra Megatron head loses a lot of articulation because of the collar, the howitzer when mounted on the arm makes less room for the hand to peg in which can make it prone to pop off, incredibly tight hip joints, the feet need tightening as they are small and loose which makes it prone to falling, the howitzer doesn't fit well and looks a bit daft when mounted on the turret in tank mode.
The transformation was kind of annoying since nothing wants to tab in properly, especially the arms and the treads but the tank mode is a satisfyingly clean looking solid lump.
Megatron can wear the original head's helmet if you prefer that look.
It's not in the manual but you can store the tank cannon vertically in a slot on the back for that G1 look.

Joints can be a bit tight but after swapping the head it becomes a beauty. Need joint tightener for the feet though
