Great for the price if you're going to transform him only once or twice and aren't collecting name brands. He's got a complex transformation to begin with and this lesser quality version of the Hasbro makes it more difficult.
But how many times will you transform it? Are you willing to work with a little filing?
The legs are the difference in plastic from Hasbro toys. The heavier resin plastic Hasbro uses is higher quality and softer to the touch than this brittle stuff.

Robot mode is fantastic. Transformation was not great. one of the legs was drilled wrong, so it had to be taken apart and re-drilled and still not the best. Good for display as a figure.

Great KO version of SS86 Megatron. I added a faction sticker on his chest and cleaned up the black paint on his forehead. He is not 100% accurate but he is good enough if you missed out on the real deal or you want to spend a lot less money. He is on a shelf in my office battling a KO of SS86 Optimus.

I was looking forward to this figure as a cheaper alternative double to the hard to find official release of this character, but it unfortunately leaves much to be desired. All of the corners/edges of the figure's parts are quite sharp & the 5 mm ports are a bit loose for pieces like the "gun barrel" to fit into. However, the most important QC issues are the mismatched side-skirt & missing pin for the shin panel making the transformation borderline impossible to properly fit together. I've yet to hear back from TFSafari after contacting them via email & the website multiple times regarding these issues. I haven't had any issues like this with prior purchases & it makes me less eager to buy new things from here again in the future.

Figure is great except for the grey gunbarrel which is on his back for robot mode and in the cannon for tank mode is extremely loose and doesn’t hold up straight whilst on his back. That’s my only complaint other than that everything else about it is great!

Great figure for the price. My figure had an issue where the hinges where extremely stiff, and one part of the leg had very little clearance for the transformation. Otherwise this figure would get an easy 4.5.

I don't like the transformation on this mofo. Not even MP36 with its absolute brutality of a transformation is as hateful as this thing. Otherwise, this figure *ROCKS!!* I'm having way more fun than I intended - I intended to have it at home in the display shelf, but here I go, got him out and about...and yes, I gave him Siege Megatron's sword. For some reason, the beam saber this comes with *will not* fit in his hand at all. ♂️

The figure itself looks awesome and pretty much a 1 for 1 copy of the official megatron but there are some minor quality issues with the transformation, nothing major just certain pegs don’t want to stay pegged in, but that however doesn’t affect the overall stability of the figure when transformed. Plastic quality feels great and colour is perfect recreation. Overall very happy with the figure only those tab issues stop it getting a fifth star
