The figure was smaller as it was shown on the pictures and all the joints were ball joints as it was easy to pop off and even harder to put back on its a waste of money do not recommend for anyone

It's Megatronus in all his (legends scale) glory! The figure looks great, the sculpting is excellent. All the tiny details are crisp and clean. The gunmetal gray parts have a great metallic effect. The paint applications are precise. The alt mode is a Terran Siege Tank from Starcraft (or as close as they could make it without running into copyright issues). It has both the standard and the "siege" mode. So that's a bonus for Starcraft fans. The flame effects are done in softer rubbery resin, and can be rotated and swiveled to fit various poses and allow for transformation. For anyone on the fence about this figure because of the flames, most of the flame effects are just pinned in and can be completely removed, and both modes can be without any visible flame effects at all. The downsides: the usual Iron Factory tight joints that make transformation difficult, and the very tiny ball joints prone to popping out. Not as bad as on some of their models but it still happens. The transformation is complex and involved, but there are a few steps that don't seem to go anywhere or serve any function, structurally or visually. The alt mode is not very solid, the parts don't really tab or slot into place so the tank mode is wobbly and gets bent and twisted out of shape when handled. The hands that can hold the weapon accessory can't fit the transformation, and the hands that fit the transformation can't hold anything. You have to swap hands between modes and can't just decide on one set of hands and keep them. There is also no storage for the blade part of the sword in alt mode. This is a great display model for collectors. If you intend to get it as a toy, deduct one point from the overall score, it isn't really meant for that.

Transformation was painful on my fingers at first but got it down after a little bit. Just with the blade of the sword went somewhere on it and not lying around.
