A floppy mess. There is not one bit of friction to any ball joint on the figure, and the entirety of its design is overly reliant on ball joints. It can barely support its own weight, and the result is that the entire thing collapses if you so much as look at it funny. The sheaths also barely stay in his hips - they are resting only by gravity in this photo. Still, you can’t deny, he looks GREAT, with phenomenal articulation and hand options. The paint is good, too. If you’re willing to put up with the displeasure of interacting with this figure, you can get him in a decent pose and then leave him alone. The original Iron Factory figure is 2-3x the price of this KO, and smaller to boot; those factors alone make this figure worthwhile.

Decent figure for the price point. Arrived in an unmarked box so don't expect a lot of fanfare when yours arrives, it is just a plastic tray of bits inside a brown box. The figure itself is nice to hold as although it is quite lightweight, it doesn't feel hollow and floaty and I didn't get that vaguely oily sensation you sometimes get with cheaper plastics. Comes with multiple sets of hands, katanas (with scabbards) and a large sai. Hands tend to pop off for no reason and given the figure's scale, these hands are tiny and can easily disappear under the furniture if you don't recover them quickly. That said, they grip the accessories with a grasp so firm you won't have to worry about swords falling off your display. Downsides as I see them include that my copy just loves to have his feet ping off with no effort, making the ankle tilt a nuisance to take advantage of when he's just losing his limbs like a bad 4th July party. Around the waist, his top heavy design makes him compelled to limbo when you manipulate his upper body at all but you can correct this with the right pose so as to spread out his weight. However, this is ultimately a real bargain of a figure. I wouldn't recommend this be the definitive Lio Convoy of your collection but if you need more samurai on the shelves, this is a very affordable addition. Just remember that you get what you pay for!
