I decided to buy these because I want a collection of all the Seekers, including the obscure ones, to be put in alt mode and made them into a squadron. I already have the original three Seekers from Newage and love them. While Newage also offers many of the other colors, I don't need them enough to shell out $50+ for each one of them. So when Galaxy Toys offered these for just $35 ($12/each) and they look pretty good in my eyes, I said let's get started on the Seekers collection. They are also smaller than Newage's Legends scale that is a plus because that will make it easier to display all of them without taking up too much space. Upon getting them in my hand, I can tell you that they are very good looking in both bot and alt mode and perfectly suitable for what I'm looking for, especially for their small size. I know Dr. Wu offers some of the Seekers in similar size, but theirs just don't look good enough for me. Plastic does not feel cheap and the small amount of paint that is there on them is well done. Transformation is fun and easy. Articulation is surprising good for such a small figure. While the head sculpt is not the best, I think it is quite acceptable. I love the proportions of the bot and alt mode as they are on point. I love that they come with a stand for each figure and can be connected together. The tail stabilizers are a bit finicky and can pop out a bit to easily. Also, due to transformation, it is hard to install their guns on the arm in jet mode due to the protruding landing gear, that is if you want both guns and bombs to be installed at the same time. TBH, those are very minor issues. For $12, I'd say you can do a lot worse. I totally recommend it if you just want a nice set of the original Seekers at a smaller scale or if you just want to collect all of them without breaking the bank. I've already ordered the other 2 sets and I will order the 4th set once they announce that too.
